By integrating a comprehensive energy management platform, the company’s overall energy consumption is estimated to reduce by 5%; significant projects in the prototype workshop are designed with space and supports for solar photovoltaic panels on the roofs, planning for future PV module installations. Furthermore, transforming the park’s halogen street lights into solar PV LED street lights saves about 1168 yuan per year per street light, achieving energy saving, consumption reduction, and green development.

To improve production efficiency and strengthen the stability of the supply chain, thus preventing long-part stockpiling waste and achieving green production, the company re-examined and perfected the delivery cycle of the main products and the safety stock volume of long parts, reviewed and determined the delivery cycle for long parts, locked in the long part plan in advance, and shortened the delivery cycle, ensuring a 100% on-time delivery rate throughout the year.
